Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Shipping (UK Only)

• Small items (under 2kg): Free delivery via Royal Mail to UK mainland addresses.
• Orders over 2kg: £5 shipping charge (£15 to Northern Ireland).
• Republic of Ireland: Please contact us for delivery options.
• International Orders: We do not currently ship outside the UK unless otherwise stated on specific products.

All orders are carefully packed using appropriate packaging to help ensure goods arrive safely and securely.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of order confirmation.
• Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery once dispatched.

Cancellation & Non-Faulty Returns

You have the right to return your non-faulty unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, guarantees, and included items must be returned with the product.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  

Return Costs

As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
• We cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 working days of receiving and approving the returned goods.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if returned goods show signs of use, damage, excessive handling, or are not returned in their original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@babystyle.co.uk and provide:

• Your name
• Order number
• Email address
• Product name
• Description of the fault or damage
• Photographs where applicable

Please include your order number and reason for return with any returned package. Once we received the item and inspected it, the refund will be processed. For a refund on the shipping costs a proof of postage will be required.

We aim to resolve all faulty item claims as quickly as possible and in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
