Standard Shipping (UK Only)

  • Small items (under 2kg): Free delivery by Royal Mail to UK mainland addresses.
  • Orders over 2kg: £5 shipping charge (£15 to Northern Ireland).
  • Republic of Ireland: Please contact us for delivery options.
  • International orders: At this time, we do not ship non-UK orders (except where stated for specific products below).

All orders are carefully packed in appropriate packaging to ensure goods are well-protected.

Dispatch times:

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days of order confirmation.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. 

Cancellation & Non-Faulty Returns

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To do so, please notify us at info@babystyle.co.uk.
  • Goods must be returned to us in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and guarantees included.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice.
  • All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Faulty & Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  1. Contact us at info@babystyle.co.uk with your name, order number, email address, product name, and fault description.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return with your package.

We aim to resolve all faulty item claims as quickly as possible.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you have the right to use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) service: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Aston Martin egg3 Package - UK & International Shipping

The Aston Martin egg3 Package is available for delivery both within the UK and internationally.

Shipping & Duties

  • Customer responsibility: All shipping costs, import duties, and local taxes are payable by the customer at checkout.
  • Duties & taxes included: International duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout to ensure your order clears customs without delay.
  • Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): Orders are shipped on a DDP basis, meaning duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout. This ensures smooth delivery with no additional fees upon arrival.
  • Dispatch timeline: Orders are scheduled to begin shipping in December 2025. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and guarantees included.
  • The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
  • Non-refundable charges: Shipping, premium delivery, duties and taxes, and express courier fees are non-refundable.
  • Deductions: We may reduce the refund amount if returned goods show signs of damage, wear, or excessive handling.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your stroller arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  1. Contact us at info@babystyle.co.uk with your name, order number, product details, and a description of the fault.
  2. Once confirmed, we will arrange the inspection of the product.
  3. If deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund in line with your statutory rights.
